170 Piccadilly wins BCO London Award

170 Piccadilly has been crowned a winner at this year’s BCO London Awards, recognising it as one of the capital’s most outstanding office developments.

Delivered through a highly collaborative team effort, the project brings together two Grade II Listed buildings to create a fully managed workplace that carefully balances heritage with high-performance modern design. The result is a distinctive, character-rich environment that reflects both its historic setting and the evolving demands of today’s occupiers.

Refurbishing listed buildings of this nature comes with inherent complexity, requiring precision, adaptability, and a shared commitment to quality at every stage. This recognition is a testament to the team’s ability to navigate those challenges and deliver an exceptional outcome.
