170 Piccadilly named Building Awards Finalist

170 Piccadilly is in the running for a hat-trick of industry recognition, having been shortlisted for Retrofit Project of the Year at the Building Awards.

Following wins at the BCO London Awards and the Mix Awards, the latest shortlist recognition is another milestone for a project that demonstrates what’s possible when heritage, sustainability and high-quality workplace design come together.

Working with GPE, we transformed Egyptian and Dudley House, carefully restoring and revealing the character of the Grade II Listed landmark while creating a fully managed workspace designed around the needs of today’s occupiers.

For us, 170 Piccadilly is a great example of the value of thoughtful retrofit: retaining and enhancing what already exists, while giving a building a new lease of life and a clear purpose for the future.

Recognition across three leading industry awards is a testament to the expertise, collaboration and commitment of everyone involved, from the project team and our supply chain to our client and design partners.
