We’re delighted to announce that Steve Davies has joined 8build as Divisional Director, strengthening our leadership team as we continue to grow our commercial refurbishment and sustainable retrofit offering across London.
With more than 37 years of experience in the capital’s construction industry, Steve brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record delivering some of London’s most iconic projects — including Buckingham Palace, The Shard and the Walkie Talkie. His career has seen him hold senior leadership roles at Collins Construction and Structure Tone London, with a particular focus over the past decade on complex retrofit and refurbishment projects for clients such as The Crown Estate, Grosvenor, AXA, and Shaftesbury.
In his new role, Steve will lead a London-focused commercial offices division, with a specialist team dedicated to delivering high-quality fit-out, refurbishment and retrofit projects. His experience will help us meet the rising demand for Grade A office space in a market increasingly focused on sustainability and net zero performance.
