8build recognised by the Mayor of London as a Good Work Standard Employer

We’re delighted to announce that 8build has been officially accredited by the Mayor of London’s Good Work Standard, recognising our ongoing commitment to creating a fair, inclusive and rewarding workplace for our people.

The Mayor’s Good Work Standard, launched in 2019, sets the benchmark for the best employment practices across London. It celebrates organisations that demonstrate excellence across four key areas – fair pay and conditions, workplace wellbeing, skills and progression, and diversity and recruitment.
