8build secures spot on £1bn Pagabo Refit and Refurb Framework

We’re delighted to announce that 8build, after recently securing a spot on the Pagabo Medium Works framework, has successfully secured a place on the Pagabo Refit & Refurbishment Framework.

We have been awarded ‘Core’ places on the following Lots/Regions:

Lot 5 – East Anglia / Lot 5 – Bedfordshire / Lot 5 – Essex

And we have been awarded ‘Reserve’ places on the following Lots/Regions:

Lot 5 – Inner London / Lot 5 – Outer London, East and North East / Lot 5 – Outer London, South / Lot 5 – Outer London – West and North / Lot 4 – East Anglia / Lot 4 – Essex
Lot 5 is for projects over £15m and Lot 4 is for projects between £5m and £15m.

A total of 93 companies have been appointed to the Refit and Refurbishment Framework, including 63 SMEs.

Pagabo’s framework has a value of £1bn and is spread out across five value-based plots ranging from £50,000 to £15m+. The framework will run for four years.
