On World Mental Health Day, 10/10 at 10am, as we participated in the Stop. Make a Change initiative nationwide. We’re taking a collective break from our regular tasks to focus on enhancing the health, safety, and well-being of our 8builders and supply chain.

Our dedication to employee well-being is strong, and we’ve partnered with The Lighthouse Charity to combat mental health stigma at work. We’re committed to improving our workspaces, offering education, and providing our team with the tools they need for self-care.

Prioritizing positive well-being at our sites is our goal. We want our team to have access to the best support and to create a welcoming, positive work environment. Let’s engage in a meaningful conversation about well-being and make a positive impact together.
