ASOS
Greater London House, London
As a global fashion and beauty house that has shaken up the world of online retail, ASOS needed to update its London headquarters to keep pace with rapid business growth. What it couldn’t afford to do was disrupt and limit its operations during the process.
Relying on our team’s ability to deliver seamless transformations with minimal disruption, ASOS now benefits from a fit out that has delivered a collaborative and contemporary working environment of exceptional quality.

The Project
The ASOS headquarters are located within Greater London House – an art deco building steeped in history that has been converted into a state-of-the-art office space.
Our multi-phased fit out of the ASOS headquarters in 2018 involved a complete strip out and high specification CAT ‘B’ fit out over four floors, totalling more than 220,000 sq ft. As well as the creation of new office and co-working spaces, the fit out included the creation of studios, product rooms, a gym, inspiring break out spaces, luxurious treatment rooms, a prayer room, kitchen, and staff restaurant.
Despite a fast and challenging programme, we worked tirelessly to deliver a transformational space for ASOS that matched its ambitions but never impeded its operations.
Discreet Delivery
By splitting our programme into nine phases, and running several sequentially, we enabled ASOS to remain operational at all times throughout the works. Close attention to the management of noise and dust with acoustic partitions and dust mitigation strategies ensured we also minimised disruption at every stage of the transformation.
Considered Access
Access and egress require thoughtful planning and communication. Working with ASOS to understand its business, our team skilfully devised access to each phase of work without the need to travel through occupied areas.
Smarter Planning
Our commitment to our clients means that we continually look for solutions that will exceed expectations. When our appointment to this project coincided with atrium infill works for the building landlord, we devised a programme that would overlap the base build and fit out activities, and speed up the start date. This solution benefitted both landlord and occupier by delivering key elements of the project almost 20 weeks earlier than originally programmed, achieving dramatic time and cost savings.
All I hear from people is how great the space is... A fantastic team effort.
